Newmat India helps Maruti Nexa shine, again.

Failure of LEDs plagued the backlit ceilings at Nexa, not anymore.

Maruti Suzuki cares for the premium look and feel of their Nexa showrooms PAN India. So much so that they have a strict CI Element Audit cycle for all the showrooms twice a year.
Newmat India’s quick response team attended 45 showrooms during the period of April 2017 to December 2017. And a common complaint of most of the showrooms we found was failure of LEDs behind the backlit ceilings making them look very uninviting. The failure rate of the previously installed LED system was higher, causing the showroom owners to repeatedly spend on new LEDs periodically.

At the onset of 2018, we did two things to make lives easier for Nexa showroom managers.

We partnered with a reliable lighting partner.
In 2018, Newmat India partnered with Osram India’s team to provide an excellent solution to Nexa’s problem of LED failure in the backlit ceiling. Newmat India is now the only approved stretch ceiling vendor that supplies Osram’s LED modules for Nexa showrooms. The robust LEDs from Osram not only come with a 5 year warranty (compared to the 1 year warranty of LED strips which were used earlier) but also have a very low Lumen Depreciation. This helps Nexa achieve and maintain the desired Lux levels in the delivery area to voluminously highlight the delivery car.

We reminded the showroom managers before their CI Audit Deadlines.
We designed an email campaign to reach out to the showroom owners, managers and stakeholders for Nexa showrooms. We reminded them of the requisites of the CI Audit for their stretch ceilings and had a strong backend team which planned and executed servicing of the stretch ceiling systems streamlining about a 110 showrooms in 60 days. The result? We could help every Nexa showroom that got in touch with us to complete their audits smoothly without affecting their ratings. Consequently, they started recommending us to other showrooms which had stretch ceilings installed from another vendor. All in all, we serviced not only Nexa showrooms which used Newmat’s products but also showrooms initially done by other vendors. This was done without disturbing our regular installations, on-going projects. We believe that nitty-gritty details of a good plan can help work wonders. Our network of channel partners and our own quick response team just did that!
